Andrew Monness, Chairman of the Board
Andy Monness founded Monness, Williams
and Sidel in 1964. Prior to
MCH, Andy worked at Carter, Berlind, Weill and Levitt.
He graduated
from Hobart College in
1959.
Neil Crespi, President
Neil Crespi co-founded MCH in 1976 and is Director
of trading
operations. He serves as President of the Columbia Grammar
and
Preparatory School Board and is the Head of the Board for
the
Sephardic Home for the Aged. He graduated from Brooklyn
College with a BS in accounting in 1976.
Herb Hardt, Senior Partner, Director of Research
Herb Hardt joined MCH in 1980 as a Partner and Head
of Research.
Prior to MCH, he was an analyst and portfolio manager
with Fidelity
Management from 1971-1975, and a Vice-president and fund
manager with Fidelity Management and Research (Bermuda) firm
1976-1979. He graduated from Harvard College and
Harvard
Business School in 1965 and 1971, respectively.
